Return & Refund Policy

At Bela Fashions, customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Returns

Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving the order in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:
   •   The item must be unused and in its original condition
   •   All tags and original packaging must be intact

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Customers must use a reliable and recognised courier service that provides tracking when returning items.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the returned parcel is safely delivered, and Bela Fashions cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
